Shipping policy

Shipping time: Please allow up to 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive. Most orders arrive sooner. Some items are made to order and may take longer than three weeks. If this applies, it will be noted on the product page.

Shipping costs: Most orders over A$99 ship free. Orders under A$99 have a flat shipping fee of A$10, regardless of your location within Australia.

Flat-rate items: Some items, such as pet medicines, supplements and disinfectants (for example Milbemax, Troy, Wombaroo, F10 and Fidos), always ship at a flat rate of A$12.50 for standard or A$19.50 for express delivery, whatever your order total. These items do not qualify for free shipping. Your cart and checkout will show when this applies.

Multiple items: If your order includes several items, they may be sent in separate shipments to get everything to you as quickly as possible. You won't pay any extra for this.

International shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking: You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Delayed or lost orders: If your order is running significantly late or appears to be lost, get in touch with us and we'll look into it and arrange a reshipment if needed.
