How does it work?

If you spot the exact same product at a cheaper price somewhere else, just give our friendly Customer Service team a shout with proof of the competitor's price. The price needs to be live at the time you're making your purchase. Keep in mind, the competitor's product must be identical to ours, and it has to be in stock—both with them and with us—and ready to be delivered to an address in Australia. The price comparison includes GST, delivery, and any other sneaky fees.

Any exclusions?

Our promise covers prices from first-party sellers only, so it doesn't apply to products shipped or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace or auction websites. We only beat prices from legitimate retailers based and operating right here in Australia. Also, we can't beat prices when competitors throw in gifts with purchases, or when the product is part of a bundle, clearance, or end-of-line promotion.

We reserve the right to refuse if the price is below our cost or if there's a pricing error on their end, and we might limit the number of products you can buy from us. We'll beat the price by up to 5% of the difference.

Our Sales Pricing Policies

At PetsForHomes, we love a good sale as much as you do. When a product goes on sale, it's discounted for a short spell—anywhere from a quick 24 hours up to three weeks—and it'll sport our "sale" badge. The sale period for the products is usually noted on the promotional spots on our website, but it's all subject to stock being available. During a sale, the discounted price takes the lead with a discount percentage shown against a "was price." Our "was price" is the lower of: (a) the median price over the 31 days before the promotion kicks off; and (b) the price the day before the promotion starts.
